missed connections started as a roasting project by a group of front of house coffee workers with an interest in demysitifying the process of roasting, a field that we've tangentially engaged with but never managed to find ourselves in the position to learn. inspired by the DIY-ethos and sensibility found in independent movies and music, missed connections attempts to support and teach one another in all of our own perspective journeys. we also roast coffee in collaboration with local pop ups, alongside selling beans at our own pop ups. connect w us.
